Universal Systems Martial Arts Organization
Deepen your own art without leaving your school.
USMAO is a nonprofit organization for martial arts instructors and black belts who want to grow through cross-system learning — without ever threatening the schools they've built.
Our mission
A vehicle for growth beyond any single system.
USMAO exists for experienced martial artists — black belts and senior practitioners — who seek to deepen their understanding beyond the boundaries of their own style. We provide an open forum where instructors from diverse backgrounds can exchange knowledge, explore universal principles, and preserve the historical integrity of the arts while staying relevant in modern practice.
Education, not competition.
Our seminars and trainings are built on professionalism, mutual respect, and a clear ethical foundation. USMAO is designed to complement your school and its culture — not interfere with it. Our purpose is to enrich what you already teach, and every activity we organize reflects that commitment.

USMAO and its members pledge never to solicit, recruit, or accept students from any member's school without that school owner's explicit written consent.
